Your contribution to our mission

To succeed in our mission, we require effortless interaction between technology and people. As full stack developer you are responsible to create awesome interaction with data, for users, installers and data scientists. The new home is not only heated sustainable but the home owner also knows exactly when and how much energy is used. Residents are also able to fully control their devices from anywhere at any time. You will make this happen.

The skills we are looking for

  • Full stack talent who loves both front end as back end development.

  • In the possession of a computer science Bachelor/Master degree.

  • Great in Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL. People talk about you as a talented hacker who can digitally create anything.

  • Experienced in working with API’s and creating API’s. Being able to use other (open source) software tools in an efficient way and allow third party apps to get specific data in a safe manner is important to grow efficiently.

  • Proficiency in English is a hard requirement for this role.

  • Experience with leading a development team we use GitHub for version control. You are free in using other software or processes but you will take the lead in outsourcing more developers and marketeers helping with, design, content creation and software development.

  • The ability to define the scope of work independently and to stay motivated when working alone is essential.

  • You know how to prioritize We are a small team, looking to expand with people who know what to do when.

  • You are reliable and structured. A startup environment is chaotic and fast-paced, structure is essential to build the processes required for the scale-up phase.

  • Flexibility is key. You like handling different things and are not afraid to pick up a varying workload. A turbulent environment gives you energy.

  • We own our mistakes and learn from them. You are comfortable in bearing the responsibility to share failures and move on.

  • Preferably a woman. Of course we look at skills first, we are not sexist in hiring. However, to keep our team diverse we prefer to hire a talented woman.

Your day to day responsibilities

You will bear the responsibility for creating an effortless digital user experience. This experience starts on our website. We will work together with a marketing partner and outsourced developers which you will lead in order to create our new website. This site includes the complete personalised customer journey which will help make the transition towards sustainable heating fun and effortless.

Besides the website we are developing a webapp where users can see the performance of our products and change user settings. The first steps are taken, it is up to you to lead this project and ensure the best digital interaction with our devices possible. You will work closely together with our control and heatpump engineers and other full stack developer to allow for safe and efficient communication between the app and the device (even without internet). We are also looking for a data engineer who will support back-end programming and setting up the most efficient and safe data pipeline. So, bring it on with your full stack development skills! We like entrepreneurial spirits who love technical products.
